1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing oceavu.sg and ordering any digital guide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. What We Are

Oceavu is an independent educational publishing project based in Singapore. We produce and sell digital PDF guides for informational and educational purposes. We do not sell aquarium tickets, facilitate bookings, represent any official operator, or act as an intermediary for any commercial aquarium service.

Our guides are written independently. They are not official publications of the Singapore Aquarium, S.E.A. Aquarium, Resorts World Sentosa, or any affiliated body.

3. Content Accuracy

Our guides are authored based on research and publicly available information. While we aim for accuracy, content reflects conditions at time of writing and may not capture current exhibit changes. Always verify operational information directly with the aquarium before your visit.

4. Purchases

All guides are digital PDF products. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds after delivery. If your guide was not delivered or is technically defective, contact us within 7 days at ocean@oceavu.sg.

5. Intellectual Property

All Oceavu content is protected by copyright. Guides are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of any content is prohibited without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Reselling or sharing our guides with third parties
Presenting our guides as official aquarium materials
Using our content in any commercial context without authorisation
Any unlawful use of this website

7. Independence Disclaimer

This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Singapore Aquarium, S.E.A. Aquarium, Resorts World Sentosa or any official aquarium operator. Oceavu is an independent editorial project. Any references to the aquarium are descriptive only and do not imply any official relationship.

8. Liability

Oceavu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or guides. Maximum liability is limited to the price paid for your guide.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.

10. Updates

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
